Shipping Policy

Partial Payment & Fast Shipping Policy

For Fast Shipping orders, a partial advance payment is required to confirm and process your order. This advance payment is used for order confirmation, priority packing, courier booking, and shipping arrangements.

Partial Payment Terms

• The partial advance payment is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and processed.

• If the customer cancels the order after confirmation, the advance payment will not be refunded.

• If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, provides an incorrect or incomplete address, provides incorrect contact details, is unavailable for delivery, or fails to respond to courier communication, the advance payment will be forfeited.

• The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery).

Orders Cancelled by ADSEN STORE

If ADSEN STORE is unable to process, dispatch, or deliver the order due to reasons solely attributable to us (such as stock unavailability or operational issues), the customer will receive a full refund of the advance payment to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

Shipping Charges
